CONDITIONING

We take the greatest care in packaging so that your photo print and/or frame cannot be damaged during transport. Our Fine Art prints are wrapped in a sheet of silk, then in a sleeve or kraft, and are sent flat, in a thick cardboard box up to 50x70cm, or on an axis for larger formats or air transport, then packaged in a protective cardboard. Our frames are individually wrapped in kraft, then in bubble protection, before being placed in a double-thick cardboard box. Our packaging allows us to ship anywhere in Europe and the world without risking damaging your products.

 

DELIVERY

Our products are delivered by Colissimo, UPS or other carrier, in 24 to 48 hours for metropolitan France (non-contractual time). These deadlines concern shipping and are added to the production time (from 1 to 10 working days depending on the products). Your order is shipped as soon as it has been manufactured and quality checked. When you order several photo boards and prints with different production times, the longest production time is to be taken into account.
